⚠️Service Update: Casualwear → Wardrobe Tailoring ⚠️ To maintain the quality of service and craftsmanship my clients expect, I have retired the 30-minute Casualwear Fitting. In its place, Wardrobe Tailoring offers enhanced value with a 60-minute fitting, ideal for reviewing several garments in one visit. Please bring: • 4–8 pieces to try on • Up to 10 garments for minor mending and repairs This updated structure allows me to provide more efficient, cost-effective tailoring while ensuring every garment receives expert attention. 🤨What Is Tailoring? Tailoring is the technical and creative process of adjusting a garment so it fits your body and functions the way it should. A tailoring service may include: >Hemming and length adjustments >Resizing garments for a better fit >Replacing or updating closures (zippers, hooks, buttons, snaps) >Restyling details such as necklines, sleeves, and trims >Adding or replacing linings >Adding stabilizers and structural support where needed Every piece is evaluated for both fit and construction to ensure it looks refined, feels comfortable, and performs well over time. 💰Your $50 booking deposit will go towards the overall cost of alterations. This fee reserves a 60-minutes session. For more than 8 tailoring garments+ 10 mending garments, book a second session, back-to-back. ⌛Rush Fees are applicable to turn around times any sooner than 10 days. Quotes are sent via email within 5-7 business days of request. *Send* ALL! a. YOUR NAME b. YOUR Need-By DATE c. Clear images of the garments d. List of "Neck to Hem" problems, issues, ideas, visions, and all alteration requests. e. YOUR EMAIL **We can agree that there is no better assessment of a wardrobe problem than a hands on solution. Quotes are not invoices and what we discuss in the first fitting may alter the end cost. It is my goal we should come out on top; my quotes are often over-estimations.


Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and Payment** 1.1. By placing an order and making a payment at checkout, you are booking a fitting session with [Your Business Name]. 1.2. The payment made at the time of booking is nonrefundable. This payment secures your spot for the fitting session and covers the cost of the fitting time. 1.3. The amount paid at booking will be applied towards the overall cost of your alterations. **2. Rescheduling and Cancellations** 2.1. If you need to reschedule your fitting session, please contact us at least [specific number of hours/days] in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. 2.2. Cancellations will not result in a refund of the payment made at booking. The payment is nonrefundable under any circumstances. **3. Fitting and Alteration Services** 3.1. The fitting session is intended to assess and determine the necessary alterations to your garments. 3.2. The cost of the alterations will be provided after the fitting session and will depend on the extent of the work required. 3.3. If you decide to pick up your item before the alterations are completed, [Your Business Name] cannot be held liable for the condition of the final product. **4. Measurements and Additional Charges** 4.1. The client is aware that fluctuations in measurements may result in additional alteration charges. **5. No-Show and Storage Policy** 5.1. If you fail to attend the fitting session without prior notice, the payment made at booking will be forfeited. 5.2. The client understands that they will be held responsible for a $50 storage fee for every appointment missed. This fee covers the cost of storing their garment while it is in our possession. **6. Insurance and Liability** 6.1. The client understands the terms and policies for custom alterations. While the gown is in the studio, it is fully insured for the purchase price the client paid for the gown. 6.2. [Your Business Name] will not be held liable for any damages to garments that occur during the fitting and alteration process unless due to negligence or misconduct on our part. 6.3. Clients are responsible for informing us of any specific handling instructions or sensitivities related to their garments. **7. Final Pickup and Acceptance** 7.1. The client understands that at the time of pickup, once the garment has been accepted, they are fully committed to the alterations before taking it home. 7.2. Any alterations requested after pickup will be treated as a new service.
